1. What is an affiliate program?
An affiliate program is an arrangement in which an online merchant pays a commission for any sales (new customers) you send to the merchant via special banners and links. This is a Win-Win solution! You will benefit from better content and increased traffic on your website, and will earn money from referred customers.
2. Why should I join and do I need to pay for this?
Becoming an Tornadobet Affiliate is free, easy and will give you an opportunity to gain profit with little efforts! All you have to do is to send us traffic from your websites.
3. How do I join the Tornadobet Affiliate program?
Please click Sign Up on the Affiliate Website and fill in the application form. We will get back to you within three days and notify if your application was successful. Tornadobet reserves the right to reject applications at its discretion. In case your application is approved, you can start to promote our website and refer customers. You will have your own login on our Affiliate Website, where you will find a wide range of marketing materials, access reports and statistics about your Net Revenue earnings, number of registrations, views and clicks.
4. How will Tornadobet know that someone got registered via my website?
You will have your own unique Affiliate ID (tracking code) - all links, banners and other promotional materials provided by us will contain your tracking code. When a player clicks on a banner or link, he will be forwarded to Tornadobet website, and a cookie with your tracking code will be stored on their computer. When the player registers at Tornadobet website, this code will be recorded in his details, and we will know that you sent this player to our website.
5. What is the cookie duration?
The cookie will be valid for 30 days. This means that a player you referred to Tornadobet website can return to our website at any time during 30 days, and if he registers during this period, he will be identified as a player referred by you.
6. For how long do I get paid for players referred by me?
You will receive commission as long as customers are active and playing on our website - this is the so-called lifetime ownership.
7. Can I be an Tornadobet Affiliate without a website?
Yes! Please contact us at [email protected] and describe how you want to refer players and which markets you target. We will consider your case and notify you on the results.
8. Can I refer players from more than one website?
Yes, when application is approved you will be able to register additional websites or other media channels which require separate tracking. Alternatively, you may contact our Affiliate Team and we will add or remove websites from your Affiliate account.
9. Does Tornadobet accept all websites?
Each application and website will be considered separately. Your website should be appropriate by nature and content for Tornadobet Affiliate Program. Rake-oriented websites, websites targeted at minors or people under 18 years old, or websites involved in or promoting any illegal activities are not permitted.
10. Can I participate in other Affiliate Programs?
Yes, you can participate in any other Affiliate Programs.
11. What commission will I get?
You will get a percentage of the Net Revenue generated by your players. Please refer to the Terms and Conditions and Reward Plans pages for the details.
12. How will I be paid?
You will be paid monthly (by the 15th of each month for the previous month earnings) to your Skrill, Neteller, bank account or other account according to the payment method you selected during registration. Payment will be confirmed by email.
13. What's the minimum payment amount?
The minimum payment is $50. If you generate less than $50 during the past month, your balance will be carried over to the next month.
14. Should I tell Tornadobet that I am tax registered?
Yes, if you are tax registered you must state this on your application form. You will need to submit an invoice to receive a payment.
15. Does Tornadobet carry over negative earnings?
Tornadobet does NOT carry over a negative balance. If some of your players won money in Sportsbook or Casino, this will affect only the current month's Net Revenue. Calculations for the next month will start from zero.
16. How can I see how much I earned?
To see the status of your earnings you will need to login to the Affiliates Area. You will be able to see statistics of your earning and payments. Net Revenue figures are updated every 24 hours, statistics of views and clicks is updated in almost real time.
17. On which products will I earn commission?
You will earn commission on all Tornadobet Products - Sportsbooks, Casino and Live Casino. Please refer to the Commissions page for more details.
